Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. This role is perfect for MBA graduates who have a passion for sales, marketing, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market. Participate in meetings, industry events, and conferences to expand business reach.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPls.

Requirements:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
