A BDE will be responsible to Achieve targeted business results in the cloud Telephony business through effective implementation of Channel strategy into Operational effectiveness. Provide leadership and motivation to your agent's team towards raising of performance standards, and work effectively with the external environment and be a valuable resource to the Company.
Job Specifications:
Graduate or equivalent
Minimum 0.6-2 years of work experience in Sales Development role.
Experience in the telecom industry / any other industry in a sales role is necessary.
Local Area Candidates having knowledge of the potential market will be preferred.
Good Communication Skills.

? Find and onboard Sales Channels aimed for developing a group of highly productive and skilled front-line sales employees.
? Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly and yearly sales quotas.
? Seek new customers and increase sales.
? Canvassing assigned Territories to present company products to potential customers.
? Attending Trade shows and other industry related events.
? Preparing sales proposal for potential buyers.
