Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, career centers, student organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to promote internship opportunities and increase admissions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and opportunities in the internship sector, and utilize findings to tailor outreach and recruitment efforts effectively.
Actively engage in outreach activities, including attending career fairs, hosting information sessions, and participating in networking events to promote internship programs and establish partnerships.
Generate leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and direct outreach, and guide prospective students through the admissions process to ensure high conversion rates.
Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, providing guidance and support to students throughout the application process and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including admissions, marketing, and program management, to streamline processes, optimize resources, and ensure a seamless experience for students.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student admissions and internship placements, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and prepare regular reports for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education or internship sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools for lead management and reporting.
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to internships and student admissions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
