We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Develop and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing & operations) to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (0-3 years for junior / 3-5 years for mid-level) in sales, business development, or related roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and networking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
