Analytix is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented
Business Development Executive
to join our growing team in Kochi. If you're passionate about sales, love building client relationships, and are eager to work with a wide spectrum of customers--from startups to C-level executives--this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, social media, and other digital channels.
Guide clients through the entire business formation process, addressing questions and resolving concerns efficiently.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital sales campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Provide after-sales support and assist clients during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience.
Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and nurture strong client relationships.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective conversions and deal closures.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Graduate or postgraduate degree (preferred: BBA, MBA, B.Com, or a Diploma in Business, Sales, or Marketing).
Experience:
0-1+ years in business development, sales, or marketing.
Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, and sales closing.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Exposure to working with senior management or C-level executives (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting.
Self-driven, professional, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
