We are looking for enthusiastic
BDE (Business Development Executives)
to join our growing team at C-Hub. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing them to our innovative products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, nurturing leads, explaining offerings clearly, and ensuring conversions. Key Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify student/parent leads through calls, events, and digital platforms.
Pitch and explain C Hub's career solutions & services (psychometric assessments, career counselling)
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through effective follow-ups and conversions.
Schedule and manage student counseling sessions (online/offline).
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide daily/weekly sales reports.
Build long-term relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams to execute outreach campaigns.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
0-2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of the education sector (career counseling, MBBS abroad, or edtech) is a plus.
Pay:
INR 10000-25000 per month
