Analytix is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Kochi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, thrive on building relationships, and are eager to engage with a diverse range of clients--from startups to C-level executives and publicly listed companies.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, social media, and other digital platforms, providing accurate information on company formation processes.
Guide clients through all stages of business registration, addressing queries and resolving concerns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective digital sales strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Deliver after-sales support and assist clients during onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and nurture strong long-term client relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets by driving conversions and closing deals.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Graduate or postgraduate degree (Preferred: BBA, MBA, B.Com, or Diploma in Business, Sales, or Marketing).
Experience:
0-1 years or more in business development, sales, or marketing.
Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exposure to senior management and C-level client engagement (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting.
Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven mindset.
