Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, networking, events, referrals). Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions aligned with company services. Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM/Database. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, training, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
