Business Development Executive -

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth for our roofing, and marketing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and clients.

Promote company services such as roofing, fabrication, and marketing solutions.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective strategies.

Meet sales targets and report on progress to management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Age: Below 30 years

Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing

Strong communication and negotiation skills (Malayalam + English preferred)

Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Basic knowledge of construction/roofing/fabrication industry (preferred)

Must be proactive, ambitious, and growth-driven
