We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who is passionate about sales, willing to travel, and eager to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and market research.
Promote and sell WhatsApp Business API, Bulk SMS, RCS Messaging, Chatbots, and IVR solutions to potential clients across industries.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demos with business owners and decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to deliver customized solutions.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to management.
Requirements
Proven experience (1-3 years) in Sales / Business Development, preferably in IT / Telecom / SaaS / Communication solutions.
Strong understanding of business messaging services (WhatsApp API, SMS, IVR, Chatbots, etc.) will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
