Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate leads through walk-ins, cold calls, references, digital channels, and events. Conduct face-to-face/telephonic/online counselling sessions for immigration programs (PR, study visas, work permits). Convert leads to clients by delivering persuasive consultations. Ensure monthly sales targets Ensure client data is accurately maintained in CRM systems. Follow up consistently with interested clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager regarding leads, follow-ups, and closures. Participate in team meetings, training, and reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Bachelor's degree in any field.

1-3 years

of experience in

Immigration Sales

, Overseas Education, or Consultancy is preferred. Banking/ Insurance / Loan experience will be added advantage

Fresher with zeal to sell can also apply

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in

English

and

Tamil

(preferred). Salary will as per company norms
