Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers.
Conduct meetings and presentations to promote our EdTech solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services.
Maintain records of leads, contacts, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Provide regular market insights and feedback to management.
Requirements:
1 -2 years of experience in B2B EdTech sales
(school segment preferred).
Proven client acquisition and relationship management skills.
Fluent in
English and Malayalam
(verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
