Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify potential clients through market research and networking. Generate leads via cold calls, emails, social media, and industry events.

Sales and Client Acquisition

Pitch products/services to prospective clients and secure business deals. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Market Analysis

Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.

Sales Planning and Reporting

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements



Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

: 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).

Skills

: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of [specific industry or product, e.g., "digital marketing solutions"] is a plus.
