Key Responsibilities



Identifying and Acquiring Business Opportunities : Focus on exploring and developing business opportunities in the Indian market, including organizing efforts for lead generation activities and crafting customized sales strategies tailored to local needs. Understanding Company Services : Maintain in-depth knowledge of all service offerings and communicate their value effectively to prospective clients in India. High Volume Outreach : Manage a high volume of phone calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups with potential Indian clients, ensuring high-quality service and consistent performance. Sales Facilitation : Facilitate the sale of services in line with both company and client requirements, ensuring all transactions align with Indian market dynamics. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Indian clients, focusing on client retention and ensuring timely resolution of complaints or service issues. Complaint Resolution : Handle and resolve all client issues promptly in accordance with company policies, ensuring client satisfaction. Lead Management and CRM : Track all prospects, interactions, and follow-ups in the company's CRM system, ensuring all client information is updated and actionable. Contract Management : Analyze client requirements, assist in preparing service contracts, and facilitate their successful execution within the Indian market. Online Sales Support : Oversee and respond to online inquiries and sales calls, ensuring prompt and effective client engagement. Sales Skills : Leverage proven sales abilities to upsell and cross-sell services, maximizing revenue from the Indian market. Collaboration for Strategy Development : Work closely with the internal team to develop and implement strategic sales approaches aimed at capturing a larger share of the Indian market.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal English communication skill. Hindi language will be an added advantage. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing data and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving. Experience in the travel industry or aviation sector is a plus.
