: EdTech / Skill Development / Training Solutions Key
Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new clients including schools, colleges, training centers, corporate and government skilling projects.
Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, institutional visits, events, referrals and channel partners.
Conduct product demonstrations (online & offline) for Principals, Training Heads, CSR/HR Teams and Business Owners.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and nurture existing accounts; ensure renewals, repeat business and upselling of additional programs.
Maintain accurate data on CRM, track pipeline and activities and submit regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, implementation and smooth client servicing. Requirements
1-4 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, Skill Development, SaaS or Training Services
. o Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field travel, institutional meetings and video conferencing. o Good understanding of the Indian education & skilling ecosystem including NSDC, SSCs, CSR initiatives and academic decision cycles.
