About the Organization

Designerrs Academy is an education-focused organization offering industry-oriented programs in UI/UX and Product Design. The academy works closely with learners to support career decision-making through structured and practical learning pathways.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective learners to understand their career objectives and suggest appropriate programs. Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry through final enrollment. Work towards enrollment and revenue targets through systematic outreach and follow-ups. Communicate with learners via calls, emails, and messages to provide accurate information and support. Respond to queries related to course structure, learning outcomes, and placement support. Coordinate with internal marketing and placement teams to ensure alignment with learner requirements. Maintain records of interactions and share inputs to improve internal processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 6 months to 3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or business development (candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered). Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in

Kannada

(spoken and written) is required. Ability to understand learner needs and guide them through the enrollment process. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
