Role:
A Dynamic Business Development Executive to help in driving Business growth of ProductNova by building a strong Pipeline and driving conversions, Excel in selling both B2B Saas product offerings and Consulting/Tech services through a customer-centric approach that ensures high conversion rates and long-term business impact.
Responsibilities
You will help grow the business of ProductNova and grow our business through high-touchnetworking, lead generation, leveraging marketing and sales.
B2B Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, events, and referrals.
Identify outreach opportunities, target accounts, map decision-makers, and build a healthy pipeline aligned with the company's ideal customer profile.
Enhance and build the Leads pipeline of the company, maintaining an efficient CAC.
Pitching Expertise:
Build efficient product pitch materials and pitch the company's Offerings to the customers
Pitching solutions with measurable impact, achieve defined conversion rates, meet monthly qualified-lead targets and improve deal win percentage.
Lead Filtering & Qualification
Screen and qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and readiness to buy.
Maintain accurate CRM records, Collaborate closely with Marketing team and work towards consistent and and smooth Conversions
Sales Engagement & Conversion
Conduct discovery calls, product overviews, and solution discussions to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
Address objections, highlight value propositions, coordinate demos, draft and support proposal and pricing discussions to close deals successfully.
Collaboration & Consistency
Track lead metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health through CRM and reports.
Collaborate with Marketing and leadership teams to optimize campaigns, improve processes, and consistently achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
Insights & Innovation
Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to refine outreach strategies.
Understand industry trends, customer pain points, and SaaS adoption patterns to improve targeting, messaging, and overall conversion efficiency.
Requirements
Min 1 year experience in developing businesses of B2B SaaS products and building systems of revenue growth.
Bachelor's degree in business growth, marketing, or related fields; MBA is preferred.
Proven track record of growing revenue through prospecting, qualifying and converting business deals.
Data-driven decision-making, adept at deal and post-deal metrics.
