Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through calls, field visits, social media, and networking
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/course demos
Convert leads into enrollments/sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain daily reports, CRM updates, and activity logs
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities
Represent the company at events, campaigns, and outreach programs
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales/business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Willingness to travel when required
