Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Business Development Executive who can help us sell agricultural farmland and bring new customers to Sanjeevani Farms. Your main role will be to find potential buyers in the given leads, explain our projects, take them for site visits, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
Find new customers through calls, messages, visits, and social media.
Contact leads, explain the farmland project details, and answer customer questions.
Arrange and conduct site visits with potential buyers.
Build good relationships with customers and follow up regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of customer inquiries and sales.
Skills Required
Good communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in talking to customers.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
Ability to handle fieldwork and site visits.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Any graduate.
0-3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus).
Should be comfortable traveling for client meetings.
Salary
Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on sales performance.
