We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Executive
with at least
1 year of experience
in sales or business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions or services.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial pitches.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company goals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical solutions and articulate them to clients.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in IT services or software sales.
Ability to handle multiple clients and work in a fast-paced environment.
