Role Overview



We are looking for a

proactive, customer-centric Inside Sales Executive

with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining service offerings, and coordinating with the field sales team to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with new leads through calls, chats, or emails to qualify and convert them into potential opportunities. Understand customer needs and provide accurate, relevant information about Aapka Painter's products and services. Coordinate with the on-ground Sales Team to schedule customer meetings and site visits. Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM system. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports and performance summaries. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and proactive communication. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams for smooth lead management and process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience

in Inside Sales, Customer Handling, or Tele-Sales (preferably in a B2C service industry). Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage). Strong documentation, organizational, and multitasking skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a consultative and problem-solving approach.
