Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Convert warm leads, cold leads, and "stuck" leads into confirmed orders.
Present industrial products effectively to clients, explaining technical and commercial benefits.
B2B & Dealer Network Expansion
Identify, onboard & manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners across regions.
Develop strong long-term relationships with industrial buyers & procurement heads.
Ensure repeat orders and consistent performance from each dealer.
Deal Conversion Expertise
Handle objections calmly and logically.
Convert low-probability or stuck deals through negotiation, follow-up discipline, and value selling.
Demonstrate persistence, resilience, and strategic closing ability.
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on industrial product specifications, competitor pricing & customer needs.
Provide insights to management for improving product offerings.

Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills.
Calm, composed, and result-oriented personality.
Must be comfortable with travel for client visits, dealer onboarding & field sales.

Education
