We are looking for a highly driven

Sales / Business Development Executive

who has strong knowledge of

industrial products

and proven experience in

B2B sales, dealer development, and closing tough deals

This role requires a performer who can

convert even "not happening" deals

, stay calm under pressure, and ensure

consistent sales growth--no matter what, where, or when

Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Convert warm leads, cold leads, and "stuck" leads into confirmed orders. Present industrial products effectively to clients, explaining technical and commercial benefits.

B2B & Dealer Network Expansion



Identify, onboard & manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners across regions. Develop strong long-term relationships with industrial buyers & procurement heads. Ensure repeat orders and consistent performance from each dealer.

Deal Conversion Expertise



Handle objections calmly and logically. Convert low-probability or stuck deals through negotiation, follow-up discipline, and value selling. Demonstrate persistence, resilience, and strategic closing ability.

Market & Product Knowledge



Stay updated on industrial product specifications, competitor pricing & customer needs. Provide insights to management for improving product offerings.

Required Skills & Experience



Minimum

2-5 years experience

in

industrial product sales

(tools, MRO, hardware, equipment, electricals, mechanical components, etc.) Strong proficiency in

B2B sales, tender discussions, procurement cycles & dealer management

. Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills. Calm, composed, and result-oriented personality. Must be comfortable with travel for client visits, dealer onboarding & field sales.

Education
