Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales in the research and life sciences domain, with strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and share insights with management.
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with company goals.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven lead generation experience.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in pharmacy.
