Experience:

2-5 Years | Full-Time Role

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail market
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors Execute sales strategies to drive business expansion Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Negotiate and close profitable deals
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution

Requirements:


3-5 years of experience in

Business Development (Retail Industry)


Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented, confident, and presentable personality Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Preferred Skills:


Strong retail network & relationship-building ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strategic thinking & analytical mindset
