Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
Identify and connect with decision-makers across industries to understand their IT infrastructure needs and pain points, and pitch suitable IT solutions that address their requirements.
All generated leads must be shared with the Sales Manager along with the necessary information.
Coordinate with the marketing team to work on campaigns/events that support outbound efforts.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients (IT/ITES, BFSI, Education, Hospitality, Health care, Aviation, Telecom, Manufacturing industry and others).
Tracking and reporting lead status, outreach activities, and client engagement updates on a daily and weekly basis.
