Job Summary:



We are looking for a

motivated and energetic Business Development Executive

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media. Generate leads and follow up to convert them into active customers. Understand client needs and offer suitable products/services. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Support the sales and marketing team in promotional activities. Prepare and maintain daily reports on leads, calls, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion ability. Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer relationship management. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace tools. Fluency in English and local language preferred.

Day shift (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
