- Business Development Executive (BDE) - General Trade
Key Responsibilities
Identify and on board new distributors, retailers, and channel partners in the GT market.
Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and outlet expansion targets.
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive market penetration.
Ensure proper visibility, availability, and placement of products in the assigned territory.
Build long-term relationships with retailers and wholesalers to maximize secondary sales.
Track competitor activities, schemes, and pricing and provide regular market intelligence.
Execute trade promotions, activations, and merchandising as per company guidelines.
Support distributor partners in order generation, stock management, and credit compliance.
Regularly visit markets to identify gaps, new opportunities, and emerging business trends.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales & activity reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
1-3 years of experience in
FMCG / Consumer Goods / General Trade sales or business development
.
Strong understanding of GT distribution networks and retail dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM / sales reporting tools.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
