We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales and Business Development Executive
to drive growth in our IT consulting services and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise software sales, particularly in
ERP, CRM, cloud, and digital transformation
. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals that align with the company's strategic goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
2-4 years of proven sales/business development experience in Telecom or Banking industry.
Basic knowledge on ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
Experience in managing the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
Familiarity with CRM systems required.
Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
Must be ready to travel onsite- whenever required.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
