Krust Cafe is seeking an All-Round Business Development Associate to drive growth, strengthen our presence in the local market, and support smooth cafe operations.

This role combines business development, operational support, and marketing initiatives to enhance both sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

? Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, catering orders, events, and local collaborations.

? Develop partnerships that increase cafe visibility and drive revenue growth. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

? Assist in sourcing quality ingredients, negotiating with suppliers, and tracking inventory.

? Maintain efficient supply chain and ensure high operational standards. Operations Support

? Support daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer service.

? Assist the team with on-ground tasks to maintain consistency and quality. Marketing & Promotion

? Support marketing campaigns, social media content creation, and local promotions.

? Capture and share cafe content to engage customers and promote the brand. Requirements

? Prior experience in cafes, F&B, hospitality, or sales is preferred.

? Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. ? Knowledge of procurement and vendor management is a plus.

? Hands-on, proactive attitude with willingness to support daily operations.

? Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, reels, photography/videography) is desirable.
