We're now scaling further and are looking for a Business Development Executive whose main goal is to consistently bring in new clients.

What You'll Do



Client Acquisition (Top Priority): Use every method possible to bring in new clients for our services. Lead Management: Identify, approach, and qualify businesses that need website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing. First Meetings & Closing: Conduct client meetings, explain services clearly, and close deals. Recurring Clients: Priority is on securing long-term, monthly recurring clients, though one-time projects are also valuable. Follow-ups & Proposals: Send tailored outreach, proposals, and follow-ups to convert leads into paying clients. Prospecting Methods You Can Use:*
Google Maps scraping*
LinkedIn outreach*
Cold emailing*
Freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)*
Social media prospecting (FB Groups, Twitter, forums)*
Handling inbound leads from our site and social media*
Partnerships & referral building*
Business directories (Clutch, Yelp, GoodFirms, etc.)*
Networking in online communities (Slack, Reddit, IndieHackers, GrowthHackers)*
Identifying poorly optimized paid ads and pitching improvements*
Virtual event/conference networking*
Email list building & drip campaigns*

What We're Looking For



2-3 years of proven experience in client acquisition or business development in the digital marketing industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with outreach methods such as Google Maps scraping, cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and freelance platforms. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding client acquisition targets. Ability to independently handle meetings, negotiations, and closures. Comfortable working across global time zones.

Job Details



Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home). Hours: Full-time (8 hours/day). Flexible hours - work when clients are most active. Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives. No PF or deductions (direct in-hand salary).
