Job Role: Business Development

We are a dynamic video production agency specializing in delivering high-quality video content for corporate and retail clients. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Associate to join our team and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the media or video production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

? Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.

? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

? Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partnerships.

Client Relationship Management:

? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

? Understand client needs and provide tailored video production solutions.

? Manage client communications and ensure high levels of client

? Satisfaction.

?

Sales and Marketing:

? Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Reporting and Analysis:

? Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.

? Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

? Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

? Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the advertising or video production industry.

? Strong understanding of video production processes and services. (Basic training will be provided)

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

? Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹35,041.42 - ₹60,328.27 per month
