We are seeking a stylish and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join ourluxury gifting company. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of fashiontrends, a passion for luxury products, and a flair for sales. You will be responsible forexpanding our client base by identifying and engaging high-end clients and corporations,presenting our exclusive gifting solutions, and building long-term relationships that reflectthe elegance and sophistication of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
Target high-end clients, luxury brands,fashion houses, and corporations seeking premium gifting solutions. Develop a strongpipeline of qualified leads through strategic networking, industry events, social media, andother channels.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers,such as corporate heads, event planners, and fashion influencers. Understand their needs,provide personalized gifting solutions, and deliver exceptional service to enhance brandloyalty.
Presentations and Luxury Sales Proposals:
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and bespoke proposals that showcase our exclusive gifting collections, luxury packaging options, and customization services to high-profile clients.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends, luxurymarket dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead in the luxury gifting sector.
Achieve Sales Targets
: Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging a deepunderstanding of luxury clientele and crafting tailored sales strategies that appeal to theirunique tastes and preferences.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with design, marketing, and production teams to develop customized, fashionable gifting solutions that align with current trends and client expectations.
Post-Sales Client Engagement:
Ensure flawless execution of orders, coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, and maintain ongoing communication with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Maintain Detailed Records and Reports:
Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the luxury goods, fashion, or high-end retail industry.
Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, sales principles, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
Ability to create customized gifting solutions that reflect both the client's and the company's luxury standards.
A keen sense of style, fashion awareness, and a passion for luxury products.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in luxury gifting, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
Strong network of high-end clients, corporate executives, and fashion influencers.
