Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, institutions, and local partners.
Drive corporate tie-ups, bulk orders, and catering opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new areas for expansion and competition analysis.
Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to achieve outlet-level sales targets.
Ensure customer feedback is captured and shared with the team for service improvement.
Prepare regular MIS reports on business development activities and achievements.
