We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our footprint in the Food, Pharma & Nutraceutical ingredients sector. Prior experience in the same or related industry will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and align them with KCI's product offerings.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
Achieve sales and business growth targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in Food, Pharma, Nutraceutical, or Chemical industries).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English, Kannada and English preferred
Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships.
Knowledge on import & export mandatory
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
