Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and online outreach.
Understand client needs and deliver suitable recruitment or business solutions.
Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and deal negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and sales data in the company CRM.
Monitor market trends and competitive activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for enhanced client delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy; familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
