Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective learners to understand their career goals and recommend the right programs. Manage the end-to-end admissions cycle -- from lead conversion to successful enrollment. Drive revenue targets by achieving weekly/monthly enrollment goals. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture leads and close admissions. Build strong relationships with learners by addressing queries related to curriculum, placements, and career outcomes. Collaborate with marketing and placement teams to align sales strategies with student needs. Maintain records of learner interactions and provide insights to optimize conversions.

Skill Required

Proficient in education counseling and CRM-based lead management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with

must-have fluency in Kannada

. Skilled in business strategy, sales growth, and financial understanding. Effective in leadership, time management, and negotiation. Adaptable to fast-paced, growth-driven work environments. Experienced in startup culture with a proactive and resilient mindset. Bonus: Knowledge of UX/UI principles and market trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0-2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Proficiency in Kannada (R/S) Ability to understand learner needs and convert them into enrollments. Goal-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
