Primary Objective:
To , build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into projects for the construction company.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Research:

. Identify potential clients (builders, developers, architects, corporates, or single house construction/Interior

. Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

. Build a database of upcoming projects and tenders.

*Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Approach clients through calls, emails. Explain about our brand

Present company profile, past projects, and capabilities.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

Tendering & Proposal Support:

Assist in preparing proposals, BOQs, and quotations.

Coordinate with estimators, architects, and project teams to submit accurate bids.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Convert leads into sales.

Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell construction services (interiors, civil, MEP, etc.).

Site & Project Coordination (optional):

Visit project sites for client meetings if interested or take updates, through call.

Required Skills:

Strong communication & negotiation

Knowledge of construction materials & processes

CRM & basic MS Office proficiency

Networking & relationship-building&Lead generation

Strategic thinking and problem-solving

Preferred Background:

Master's in business Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Any Business degree
