JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive(BDE)

Reverse Minds LLP is growing! We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to help us expand our industrial client base and promote our range of engineering services and solutions.

Location:

Electronic City Phase 1, Bengaluru

Working Days

: 6 Days/Week (5 Days from Office + 1 Day WFH)

What You'll Be Selling:

Reverse Engineering & 3D Scanning Services

Industrial Quality Inspection using CMM & 3D Scanners

Inventory Digitization & on Demand Manufacturing Solutions

Engineering Manpower Recruitment & Outsourcing for Industries

Rapid Prototyping & Manufacturing Support

New Product Design & Development Services

Siemens Digital Industries Software - NX, Solid Edge, Teamcenter

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new clients (OEMs, MSMEs, Hardware Startups)

Present and pitch Reverse Minds' core service offerings

Generate and follow up on B2B leads

Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals

Coordinate with internal technical and recruitment teams

Track pipeline and meet business development targets.

Who We're Looking For:

1-3 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience

Excellent communication, networking, and follow-up skills

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or consulting sectors preferred

Diploma/Engineering graduates preferred

Willing to travel locally for meetings (Bengaluru & surrounding areas).

Knowledge of 4-wheeler driving is preferable (for client visits)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?44,399.31 per month
