About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in product sales to join our pioneering team in Bangalore. As a key member of our early sales force, you will be instrumental in introducing Endbounce to the market, demonstrating its immense value, and driving initial customer acquisition. This is a unique opportunity to shape the success of a groundbreaking product from its very beginning. Key Responsibilities: Market Penetration: Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients (B2B) across various industries who can benefit from email validation. Product Evangelism: Clearly articulate Endbounce's features, benefits, and unique AI-powered capabilities, showcasing how it solves critical business challenges like high bounce rates, wasted ad spend, and inaccurate data. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to product demonstration, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing deals. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Customer Feedback: Gather market insights and customer feedback to contribute to product development and sales strategy. Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and strategies. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience, with a strong emphasis on product sales (SaaS or B2B software sales highly preferred). Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with email marketing, CRM systems, lead generation, or data management is a big plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proactive & Self-Motivated: A highly driven individual with a hunter mentality and a passion for achieving results. Problem-Solver: Ability to understand customer pain points and effectively position Endbounce as the solution. Adaptability: Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and contribute to building processes. Location: Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,995.25 - ?30,399.31 per month
