Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Business Development Executive
to support our growth across international and local markets. This role involves engaging with potential students, partners, and institutions, organizing local events, and building strong client relationships to promote Student Grad's offerings.
Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Field Work
Assist in conducting field visits to meet prospective students and educational partners.
Identify leads through direct outreach, inquiries, and referrals.
Support the Business Development Manager in meeting monthly and quarterly lead-generation targets.
Event Support & Promotions
Coordinate and assist in the execution of local promotional events, seminars, and product launches.
Represent the company at college fairs, workshops, and education expos.
Collaborate with marketing to distribute promotional material and drive event attendance.
Meet-and-Greet & Relationship Building
Help organize meet-and-greet sessions with students and stakeholders.
Provide on-ground support to ensure smooth execution and high engagement during sessions.
Seminars & Workshops
Assist in planning and setting up seminars and training workshops.
Coordinate with guest speakers and attendees for scheduling and logistics.
Customer Service & Follow-Up
Follow up with leads, provide product/service information, and assist with onboarding.
Gather feedback from students and partners to improve service delivery.
Maintain records of interactions using CRM tools and provide regular updates to the manager.
Reporting
Maintain and update lead pipelines and conversion records.
Share daily and weekly progress reports with the Business Development Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or educational services.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, outgoing personality with a strong customer-service mindset.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willing to travel locally as part of outreach activities.
