Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their IT hardware and networking needs.
Act as the point of contact for post-sales support in coordination with the technical/service team.

Solution Selling
Understand and explain products like desktops, laptops, servers, printers, firewalls, switches, routers, and surveillance systems.
Propose customized solutions based on client requirements, including AMC, IT infrastructure setup, or system integration.

Proposal & Quotation Management
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and tenders.
Follow up with clients for quotation approvals and order finalization.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the management on product positioning and new opportunities.

Sales Target Achievement
Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
