Job Description

Role & responsibilities:



1.

Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with international clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.

2. Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively guide clients on how to utilize them for maximum benefit.

3. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they are receiving the best possible service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to meet the evolving needs of clients.

5. Proactively engage with clients to understand their trading/investment goals, challenges, provide tailored solutions and customer acquisitions.

6. Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our software.

Preferred candidate profile:



1. Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic international business environment.

5. Experience working in an international context is a strong advantage.

6. Familiarity with Financial market.
