Key Responsibilities:



Data Management:



? Extract meaningful and relevant data from LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

? Research and identify potential leads and target customer segments.

? Maintain and update lead databases in a structured and systematic manner (Excel, CRM, etc.).

? Ensure data accuracy and eliminate duplicates or outdated information.

Presales & Customer Interaction:



? Reach out to potential leads via phone, email, or LinkedIn messages.

? Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about our properties and services.

? Coordinate with the sales team to pass qualified leads and set up site visits or virtual meetings.

? Follow up with interested leads and maintain engagement until handover to the sales team.

Requirements:



l Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

l 0-1 years of experience in data management, lead generation, or presales roles. (Real estate background preferred but not mandatory)

l Familiarity with Linkedin search tools and CRM systems.

l Strong communication skills in English and local languages.

l Attention to detail and ability to organize and manage large sets of data.

l Basic knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus.

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
