Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team at IPCS Global, Bangalore (JP Nagar 1st Phase). The role involves promoting our training programs, generating leads, visiting colleges, and conducting seminars to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads through field visits, calls, and digital outreach. Visit colleges and institutions to promote our programs. Conduct seminars and presentations for student engagement. Maintain strong client and partner relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel for field activities. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
