Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Enrollment
Generate leads and convert them into admissions
Counsel parents and students on curriculum, programs, and admission procedures
Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets
Business Development
Identify and develop partnerships with preschools, coaching centers, corporates, and community organizations
Plan and execute school promotion activities and outreach programs
Explore new growth opportunities and feeder channels
Marketing & Promotion
Coordinate school events, open houses, and admission campaigns
Support digital and offline marketing initiatives
Represent the school at education fairs, seminars, and exhibitions
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with parents, education consultants, and partners
Follow up on inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels
Maintain accurate records in CRM / admission systems
Reporting & Analysis
Track leads, conversions, and campaign effectiveness
Prepare regular reports on admissions and business development performance
Provide market insights and competitor analysis

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
