Role Overview





We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven

Business Development Executive

to expand our customer base across Power Solutions / Datacenter, Critical Power, ICT, ELV and IBMS domains. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities





Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify potential customers in enterprise, IT/ITES, BFSI, colocation, manufacturing and government sectors. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, events, and digital outreach. Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.

Sales Support & Client Engagement



Pitch PRASA's portfolio - Datacenter Solutions, UPS & Power Systems, Cooling, ELV, IBMS, O&M Services. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team for solution designing. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

Business Growth & Market Intelligence



Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer needs. Identify new business verticals and partnership opportunities.

Relationship & Account Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, OEMs and channel partners. Follow up on payments, documentation, and project execution coordination. Ensure superior customer experience from lead to closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Graduate/Engineering/BBA/MBA preferred. 1-5 years of experience in Sales/BD in Datacenter, ICT, UPS/Power, ELV, IBMS or related industry (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value. Proactive, target-oriented, and self-driven.
