Job Summary:

We are looking for a

smart, talented, and highly motivated female Business Development Executive

with strong experience in cosmetic sales and a deep understanding of current market trends. The ideal candidate should be innovative, business-focused, and capable of driving growth through strategic planning, market expansion, and creative sales ideas. Knowledge of

social media marketing

is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cosmetic and beauty industry Stay updated with current market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands Develop and execute effective sales and business expansion strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, salons, and clients Generate innovative ideas to increase brand visibility and market reach Support marketing initiatives through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, etc. Collaborate with internal teams for promotions, launches, and campaigns Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in cosmetic sales or business development/Freshers can apply Strong understanding of how to expand and grow a cosmetic business Smart, talented, confident, and presentable personality Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Creative thinking with a result-oriented approach Willingness to travel when required

Preferred / Added Advantage:

Knowledge of

social media marketing and digital promotions

Experience with influencer marketing or online brand promotions Understanding of e-commerce or online cosmetic platforms Existing network within the beauty or cosmetic industry
