About the Role
We are looking for a
dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional
to drive new business opportunities in the IT services domain, with a focus on
website development, application projects, and international client empanelment
. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, fluent in English, and experienced in generating and managing client relationships independently.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard
new clients for website design and development services
(both domestic and international).
Generate leads through online channels, professional networks, and existing client relationships.
Present company offerings effectively to potential clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Prepare and deliver
business proposals, quotations, and presentations
to clients.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Manage client empanelment processes with international organizations and agencies.
Maintain CRM records and regularly update client interactions and opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum
2-4 years of experience in IT service sales or website development sales
.
Proven experience in
international client empanelment or B2B sales.
Fluency in spoken and written English
is mandatory.
Must have a
personal laptop/PC
with a stable
broadband internet connection.
Should possess
some existing client connections or leads
to start with.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet business development goals.

Fixed salary up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
