We are looking for a highly communicative and sharp Business Development Executive with hands-on experience selling custom ERP solutions to mid-sized businesses (100+ employees).
This is an outbound-driven role, where cold calling is the primary source of lead generation. Candidates must be comfortable initiating conversations with senior decision-makers and handling the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads primarily through cold calling
Sell custom ERP solutions (tailored, not off-the-shelf) to mid-sized businesses
Engage with decision-makers such as CTO, CIO, COO, Operations Heads
Understand business workflows and position ERP solutions accordingly
Manage the sales cycle from first contact to closure
Coordinate with technical teams for solution discussions
Work with Middle East and/or USA clients
Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and pipeline updates
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 2 years experience in IT services sales
Proven experience selling custom ERP solutions
Experience selling to mid-sized businesses (100+ employees)
Cold calling experience as a primary lead generation method
Excellent communication skills (8/10 or higher)
Exposure to Middle East or USA markets
Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
