Job Description

We are a growing technology solutions company based in Mumbai offering web development, digital marketing, and IT services. We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to build and lead our client acquisition efforts from the ground up.



Key Responsibilities:



Generate and qualify leads using cold calling, emails, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and networking



Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and network with potential clients



Meet clients in person to understand their requirements, present our services, and negotiate contracts



Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets independently



Manage and maintain the sales pipeline effectively, updating CRM records regularly



Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction



Provide regular sales performance reports and market feedback to management



Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field



Minimum 1 year to 3 years of hands-on experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT, digital marketing, or related fields)



Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi



Strong understanding of the IT industry and cloud computing concepts.



Proficient in using social media for lead generation and relationship building



Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision



Basic understanding of web development and digital marketing services is a plus



Familiarity with CRM software and sales process management tools is preferred
